It can range from infection to many other countless pain factors, if your dog is crying frequently then it's likely that he might be suffering from some sickness either a parasite or allergies, scratched cornea, blocked tear ducts, or in simplest cases a speck of dust.
3. Rolling on the floor
this is something that each dog owner has seen often in their life with their partner. The reason behind dogs Rolling on the floor or on the ground has to do with 2 things. Either they feel the need to scratch their back and they start rolling to alleviate the pain or they are doing it because they find the texture surface to be smooth that can help them massage themselves.
4. Follow you into the bathroom
Dogs tend to do this all the time, and that's because they have evolved based on pack mentality. They see you as a member or leader of their pack, and that means that they have grown very much attached to you so they can tend to follow you around everywhere even to the bathroom.

Yes, domestic often behave like we do. They are very smart and they learn from us too. While research have proven that dogs to interact with television, but dogs still often have short interactions, they don't focus that much but they would rather watch short clips then a long story telling scenario.
